The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the lower level of the villa you enter the front door into a hall way this leads off to 3 of the bedrooms, there is the Master suite with a full bathroom and patio doors leading out onto the pool side terrace, the second bedroom with twin beds also has patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and the 3rd bedroom is a double room and shares the second bathroom with shower which is located int he hall. The 4th bedroom is located down stairs which is reached by an external door, this room has been made into a separate annex with a twin bedroom and a full bathroom, the annex has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, this bedroom is only suitable for use by teenagers or adults. The spacious living area of Casa do Teixo is located on the second level of the villa, the open plan room has a dining table and seating for 8 people, lounge area with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, satellite TV and DVD player there are 2 patio doors leading out onto a large balcony which overlooks the pool area, there is outside dining furniture for 8 people on the balcony for some al fresco family dining. The kitchen is also located on the second level with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all the usual utensils. There is also a seperate toilet and utility room with washing mashine on this level.
