This room leads to the generous terrace, that has lighting, and dining facilities for those al-fresco evenings that is part of the relaxed life style on the Costa del Sol. There are sun-loungers on the terrace if you want to relax and sunbathe in private. The spacious and beautifully furnished master bedroom with king size bed has a Juliet Balcony that overlooks one of the 5 pools which is illuminated at night. The master bedroom has an en-suite fully fitted bathroom with shower. There are two other charming yet different themed bedrooms. The Red Room, leads to the main terrace overlooking the pool and the other, the Silver Room, has its own Juliet balcony overlooking the ornamental pond and fountain. Both have twin beds and share a fully fitted bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with full-length mirrors. The apartment has a large fully fitted kitchen/diner, but with so many reasonably priced, good quality restaurants within walking distance who wants to waste time cooking! The complex has modern Tennis Courts & a new golf driving area if you wish to hone your swing. These facilities are available to our guests at no additional charge but you will have to bring your own equipment. Please enquire at the El Presidente Office for further details. Safety at El Presidente is very important. There are Security Guards on duty 24 hours and a lifeguard on duty at the main pool during summer months. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find the beach, banks, chemists and very good quality Restaurants specialising in Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Italian food plus a selection of Pizzerias, cafes and bars.
