The Apartment is situated near the Villagolf Plaza, in the beautiful Spanish village complex of Villamartin. The apartment is only 35 minutes from Alicante airport and 25 minutes from Murcia airport which are used by many low cost airlines. The apartment itself is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroomed apartment that sleeps 6 people and is just over 2 years old. The accommodation comprises of an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom and and family bathroom near to the second bedroom. The apartment has a spacious lounge with openplan dining area, and a fully fitted luxury kitchen which is just offset from the lounge area and has all appliances. The lounge also offers a pull out bed which means the apartment can comfortably sleep 6 people. The apartment is also furnished with a CD Player and SKY TV which broadcasts many different channels included BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports and Movies. Outside of the apartment you will find the lovely communal pool, a minute away is the ever popular plaza, the golf clubhouse is nearby and the beaches are minutes away.
