Price not included: Extra electric energy above 50 KWH/week: lump sum.
Heating by gas: lump sum.
Additional 100€ for the cleaning when the house is left very dirty.
Payment Conditions: A 30 % NOT REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold booking. Balance in cash upon arrival.
A security deposit of 500 euro is required to cover possible damages, and refundable upon departure after having withheld electrical and gas consumption fares.
