A 3 bedroom apartment in Javea area, Costa Blanca, Spain: Our apartment is ideally situated on the small and tranquil development of Golden Beach in the El Arenal area of Javea. The main sandy beach at El Arenal is less than a 5-minute stroll away as are numerous shops bars and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a large pool and garden area with palm trees and tropical bushes. A superb spot for soaking up the sun and relaxing in the areas of natural shade. We have furnished this apartment to a high standard. It has a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bathroom that includes a shower cubicle. The spacious lounge opens onto the balcony as does the main bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and the apartment has the benefit of air conditioning, to ensure that it offers superb value and all the essentials for a relaxing and sun filled holiday in Javea. The apartment is on a secure complex and a basement parking space is included in the rental. We have now also added the benefit of a full English and Sky TV package.

1. A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment to be made 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 8 week period. A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. An additional charge of ?50 per week will be made for the use of the air conditioning. Central heating is included in the rental rate. LONG TERM LETS: Are you having a house built in the area? Do you want to escape the cold English winter? Long winter lets available between October to March at special reduced rates. Prices and details are available on request.
