La Carola is a two bedroom detached villa built in 1986 to a high standard and in an ideal situation within two minutes walk of the sea, shops and restaurants. Situated in the small private Las Terrasitas estate La Carola sits in its own garden with driveway and parking to the rear. To the front of the villa is a south facing patio with built in barbecue, four sun loungers, patio table and chairs. Doors from the patio open into a spacious living room with dining table and chairs, Sky TV, hi-fi, settee and casual chairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen area to the side with electric oven and hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer etc. An inner hallway leads from the living room to the two bedrooms, each with two single divan beds. The bathroom also leads off the inner hall with bath, shower, bidet and wash hand basin. There is a walled and secure outside drying area and washing machine off the kitchen. A pathway at the rear leads to an attractive private swimming pool some thirty yards away. This is maintained daily and shared with the other villas on the estate. There are two separate beaches about ten minutes walk in either direction. Because of its central position a car is not necessary when staying in the villa.
