There are studios for 2 with a double or two single pull-out sofabed, one bedroomedunits for 4 with a double bed and a doubleor two single pull-out sofabed, two bed. units for 6 with twin beds, a double bed and a double bed or two single pull-out sofabed. All have a full kitchen with an oven, 4 hobrings, a kettle, a toaster, a coffeemaker, an iron and an ironing board,a hairdryer, a safe and satellite tv. All units have a washing machine (NOT STUDIOS.The units DO NOT have telephones. There ismaid service twice a week and towels are changed once. Pool towels are available from reception upon leaving a deposit. ONEONE MEMBER OF THE PARTY MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. Pets are not allowed. The resort cannot upgrade clients upon arrival to a larger unit. The maximum occupancy of the unit cannot be exceeded (adults and children count alike). Los Claveles is situated at the top of a hill and has many steps around the resort so therefore is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Many of the units are duplex. Villa 29 has bunkbeds.THERE IS A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR AT LEAST 1 OF THE PARTY TO BE 21 YEARS OF AGE MANY OF THE UNITS ARE DUPLEX.RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR ALL UNIT TYPES REST IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES
