There are TV's in every bedroom and 1 in the living room -Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need from a dishwasher to electric tin opener to ice maker. But if you don't want to cook you don't have to with loads of restaurants and takeaways nearby (approx 1 mile) -A wide selection of golf courses are near Rolling Hills (you can see Mystic Palms peeping through the pine copse) and 2½ sets of golf clubs are left out for you to use Our villa meets all the Florida State licensing regulations including door alarms on the doors leading to the pool area, and no smoking is allowed in the villa -A games room has air-hockey and foosball table - where our teenagers chill out and usually beat their father!! -An entrance code system means you can arrive and go straight to the villa saving you time and hassle after your flight or long drive -All towels including pool / beach towels and sheets are provided so all you have to do is pack your clothes!
