Brynheulog is a detached house is in a quiet location on the edge of a village with farmland to sides and rear. A footpath runs from the house through Bishops Wood to Caswell Bay on the beautiful Gower peninsular, designated as the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house is set in large gardens with an uninterrupted view from the back of the house over the countryside and sea beyond. It is within easy access of the M4, 25 minutes drive away. The house has a lovely large kitchen/dining room with hand made pine units including a dresser, an oil fired Aga and French doors opening out onto the patio with countryside views. Whilst it is close (a mile) to local amenities, it is separated from the road by a field (growing organic vegetables) and so is quiet and private. There is a comfortable living room with TV and multi-fuel fire which can be used open or shut up to keep in all night. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom (bath, basin and WC). A separate WC is on the ground floor accessed from the garden. Ample parking for 3 cars at the front and side of the house. AGA QUESTIONS ANSWERED: If you've never cooked on an Aga before - don't worry - its easier and gives better results than a conventional cooker - instructions will be available together with Aga cook books. It not only cooks well but keeps the house snug 24 hours a day and even does the ironing for you!
