Half an hour from Alicante airport the apartment is set in the private grounds of the LOS OLIVOS complex. The complex is gated and has a fantastic sized swimming pool surrounded by well kept lawns and palm trees. There are showers situated around the pool area. There is also a tennis court and a putting green for the more energetic. The area benefits from all day sun. There is also a further courtyard area at the rear of the complex from where you can watch the sun set over the Sierra Cortina Mountains. The area has ornate plants / statues and benches and is ideal if you want to relax in peace at the end of the day. The Apartment. The Apartment is on the 9th Floor and has spectacular views from all rooms .The apartment has 2 double bedrooms one of which has twin beds (pool views from one and mountain views from the other). There is well equipped kitchen area (mountain views) with Washing machine / Fridge freezer / cooker / microwave etc. There is also a very nice bathroom fully tilled with bath and shower. The main living room and dining room are open plan from which 2 balconies lead off. From the dining area (Dining table and four chairs) you walk through double patio doors onto a French balcony which runs along the side of the apartment with spectacular mountain range views. The living area has two large 2 setter sofas / coffee table / wall unit / hifi with selection of cds/ English TV etc.From the lounge area you look through patio doors again onto fantastic views of the mountains and the skyline of Finistrat and across to the bay in Benidorm.At Night the view is further appreciated when all the lights of the villages on the mountain and the bay come on. You walk from the lounge and through patio doors to a large balcony area. This area again has wounderful views of the mountains / bay area and also onto the pool area. You can dine / relax and enjoy a drink here at any time of the day.
