Self-catering accommodation for 6, 8 or 10 people A converted barn situated in the grounds of Annique and refurbished to similar high standards as the manor house, offering a comfortable holiday home with space and freedom. Anni and Nick live in the manor house so help is always on hand if the need should arise. On the ground floor: - an open plan living room which includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, dining table and chairs with cutlery and crockery for 10 people. There is an open fireplace with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Also on the ground floor are two additional bedrooms one twin one double with ensuite bathrooms. They are accessed from the living area and there is also a separate entrance door to the garden. These rooms may be included in the rental of the gîte, if they are not required they will be used as bed and breakfast accommodation with access solely from the outside and the internal joining door being locked. On the first floor: -1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 double and 1 small twin with shared bathroom. A cot is available. The house has electric heating and is well insulated. Outside: - a south facing patio with table and chairs, barbecue and use of large garden with table tennis, swings and climbing ropes. A small plunge swimming pool is available, which is only suitable for swimming. Weekly bookings commence on Saturday afternoon at 4pm, guests are asked to vacate the gîte at 10am the following Saturday. Weekends and short breaks are by arrangement.
