Town Center Resort is in a peaceful gated community and yet has the advantage of easy access to the I-4 and Hwy 27 giving easy access to the Gulf Coast and the East Coast. The villa has a superbly fitted kitchen with a combined breakfast bar, together with a sperate dining area. The 33' family room has 2 large sofas, one of which converts to a double bed, armchair and occasional furniture. There is also an entertainment center complete with remote control cable TV, VCR and Playstation 2 with games, CD's, and DVD's. The family room has direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have cable TV. The south facing pool area has a large sun deck complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is a child safety screen, which can easily be removed if not required, and plenty of pool toys and games.
