A wooden picket gate surrounded by flowers leads to the front door of Villa Bougainvillea. At the entrance and to the right hand side of the house there is a large terrace. From the side there are sea views over rooftops. There is also a large triangular terrace at the front which has uninterrupted sea views and gets all the afternoon sun and magnificent sunsets. Terraces on 3 sides means you can follow the sun or shade, when needed, all day. The beach is just a short walk away if you feel the need to leave this lovely house. The front door leads into a spacious lounge/diner with a large table and chairs and settee. Straight through this room leads out onto that wonderful front terrace. To the side is a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven and a small table. Off the lounge through a small hall there is a bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The next on the right is a double bedroom with wardrobe. To the left is the large bathroom with shower and from the toilet one has that great sea view! At the end of the hall is a large double bedroom plus a single bed with a window facing the sea.
