Les Dunes Apartments range from studios which sleep 2 to 3 bedroom apartments which sleep 6/7 people. These apartments are in an ideal location for the beach lover being next to El Raco beach. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartments are laid out in an extended "L" shape enclosing the car park which has designated parking places for each apartment. Ground floor apartments have small garden/patio areas to sit out at and the upper levels have balconies. The example apartment has one bedroom, lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge leads out onto a small patio area with garden furniture and a lawn area. There is a low wall surrounding the apartments and there are small gates leading out to the beach. The bedroom has twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed which sleeps two people, a matching easy chair, and large TV receiving local channels. The pine dining table will seat four comfortably. The kitchen has double sink, gas cooker with four rings and oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen has an open hatch into the lounge area. There are sliding glass doors in the lounge opening out on to the patio. The lounge and bedroom both have security shutters which drop down over the doors. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, washbasin with large mirror, WC and bidet.
