This luxury apartment is on the ground floor and is situated on a quiet corner of Puerto Marina, a brand new development in the popular area of Pueblo Patricia, Los Alcazares. Outside there is a raised balcony with table and chairs which is west facing, overlooks agricultural land and catches the evening sun as it sets behind the mountain. The patio garden is paved and south-facing, it extends around the side of the property. A few paces through this small development brings you to the beautiful pool area with 2 large pools, 2 separate shallow pools for children and plenty of room for sunbathing. The pool area is private and for residents use only. A 10 minute, slow flat walk from the apartment is one of the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor with a 6km promenade, beach cafes and restaurants.This area is renowned for its temperate climate and warm shallow seas. The resort is flat and ideal for those with young children and the eldery or disabled.
