It forms part of a unique property which has been listed by the Scottish government as one of special architectural or historic interest. The apartment is ideal for four people, but arrangements can be made on request for sleeping an extra one or two on a futon mattress in the living room. Please note that there is an extra charge if this option is requested. All linen and towels are provided, and for lets of more than a week there is a cleaning service on request which includes fresh supplies of both. The apartment has full central heating, also included in the price. We are registered with both the Edinburgh and Lothians, and Scottish Tourist Board, and have been awarded a 3 Star quality assurance grading.
