2 Bedroom penthouse apartment with large balconies and mountain views. The apartment has Satellite TV with English language programs, Dutch programs as well as some other languages. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwaher. The main terrace has 4 sunbeds, large table with 4 chairs, BBQ area and an outdoor shower. There is sun pratcically all day from 10 in the morning until it sets in the evening. The beach is within 10 minutes drive. The apartment is in a Canarian village where life is normal and tourists pass through during the day. There is a Spar Supermarket across the street which also contains International papers as International food. This is a very relaxing place among the locals. It is not to say it is only for the 'rural' types as the resort of Puerto de Mogan is only 5 - 10 minutes away with a beach, shops, restaurants and some nightlife. There are some very good restaurants in the village also. There is full use also of the off street parking which is useful when wishing to keep your car cool during the hot days.
