The apartment is situated in the Port of Addaia in a small private complex, there is a swimming pool and very pretty gardens. The apartment is fully furnished, the main bed room has a double bed & fitted wardrobes plus built in safe, the other bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed & fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have air conditioning / heating units. There is a bed settee in the lounge, TV, DVD, Cassette / CD player, dining table & chairs, a very large balcony which overlooks the top of the port / marina, built in BBQ and patio furniture. There is a washing machine, iron / board, hairdryer, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer (totally self contained). Nearby there are 3 Restuarants and a Bar,a Spa Supermarket, gift shop. during the summer there is usually live music, dancing, quiz nights, flamenco dancers, tennis courts, the port / marina is a 5 minute stroll and has a wine bar. The nearest beach is at Arenal, a 5 minute drive, Son Parc Golf club is 8 kilometers away, at Son Park there are many restaurants & bars. Mahon airport is 18 kilometers away. The apartment is managed by an english company on the island, it is cleaned before you arrive and if you are there for more than 1 week then it is cleaned during your stay, fresh towels & bedding are provided, if there are any problems they are on call 24 / 7.
