The townhouse, built in 2004, has a terrace off the master bedroom and a rooftop sun terrace, 3 twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge, 3 bath/shower rooms. The apartment is the bottom floor of the townhouse and is self contained. They can be booked together for larger groups. Both have fully equipped kitchens, bedlinen & towels. Air conditioning is available. Parking is no problem. The prices are per property and are NOT charged per person. The house is locate in Los Palacios an area of Rojales, a typically Spanish town. Walk one way and it's typically Spanish. Walk the other and everyone will greet you in English! This area is an ideal location for golfers, with courses in every direction, some only minutes away! Bird watchers will be in seventh heaven in the natural parks and by the lakes. Beach lovers will not find better beaches anywhere than the blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca. There are three water parks within easy reach (one only 10 minutes away) and theme parks too. Guardamar is the nearest beach. Travel North towards Alicante and the coast line has many other beaches to tempt you. Travel South towards Torrevieja and you are faced with just as many choices along the coast line!
