This charming wooden bungalow is located in its grounds of 500 m², in the middle of a pinewood, and directly overlooking the Lagoon of Albufeira. It is 5 walking minutes to the lagoon beach, and only a couple of minutes more to the open ocean beach. A wide choice of beaches, including some naturist ones, are within short distance. Still in a range of 5 walking minutes one finds several restaurants. Shopping facilities can be found in the small village of Alfarim, 10 minutes drive. An open air market takes place twice a week (daily from July to August) in the pinewood area 200 meters from the property. Sesimbra is 10 Km and Lisbon 30 Km distant. The wooden bungalow, with 150 m² living area, is equipped with all comfort and consists of a large living room with settees, TV and dining area, 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with three single beds, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.). In a separate building one finds wash machine and a WC. The cottage has a nice porch with table and chairs and is surrounded by a garden with BBQ. A car is recommended, as public transportation is scarce and unreliable. Water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels (beach towels not included) and final cleaning included in price. Sleeps 7, self catering. Breakage deposit in the amount of 20% of the rental amount required on arrival.
