Like our other Surfside Resort vacation rental condo #33, the kitchen and bathroom have been newly remodeled, and new carpeting has been added throughout. This condo also has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps six with ease. We offer everything you need to cook a little or a lot, in the well equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher. There is air conditioning, an individual storage unit, and everyone will enjoy the cable televisions with DVD and VCR players in the living room, and in each of the bedrooms. Games, toys and puzzles have been thoughtfully added to make this Lake Huron condo one you will want to return to again and again.This special condominium, and our condo #33, are the only two condos adjoining. They are conveniently and privately located together away from the other rentals, and are near barbeque grills, tetherball, badminton and shuffleboard. The grounds around Surfside Condo #33, and Surfside Condo #34 have been newly landscaped for the summer of 2004. For year round relaxation and fun, enjoy 550 feet of private sugar sand beachfront. Walk for miles along the Three Mile Beach. Play basketball, badminton and beach volleyball. Swim, boat, and fish in the crystal clear waters of amazing Lake Huron. Grill out on the beach and enjoy evening bonfires. Boat parking is available here on the grounds. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required within one week of making your reservations. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded. If you cancel your reservation giving more than 14 days notice, the deposit will be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than 14 days notice, the security deposit is nonrefundable. Personal checks are accepted. However, there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Checks can be made out to "PS Enterprises", and mailed to PS Enterprises, PO Box 994 Grand Blanc, Michigan 48480. Visa and MasterCard payments are welcome. Your payment can also be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express online via Pay Pal. Your vacation payment is due in full two weeks prior to your check in date. Surfside Resort Condo #8 is located approximately two miles north of Oscoda, at 6504 North US-23 Oscoda, MI 48750.
