Long Beach is good for surfing and walking
On the False Bay Seaboard:
Muizenberg beach is good for swimming, walking or surfing
Kalk Bay has interesting antique shops and good restaurants
Fish Hoek beach is a favourite with swimmers
Simonstown is an Olde World town and a visit to the penguins at Boulders is a must.
West Coast:
Blouberg beach stretches for miles and is good for kite surfing, swimming and walking.
