Self contained holiday villa location a mere 20 minutes from the airport & golden beaches of the Algarve. This beautiful rural home nestles alone amongst magnificent countryside with spectacular views. Two apartments sleep a maximum 6 people each offering spacious accommodation for the holiday maker. Both have a separate well equipped kitchens and two large double bedrooms (could accommodate a further single bed in Bedroom 1) with open lounge/dining areas, including a double sofa bed with sprung mattress, spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath with shower. Also available are two double bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms if your party is larger than 6 people or on B&B basis if required. Patio doors from all accommodation lead to terraces overlooking the 15m swimming pool, ideal for children as it is only 1m depth around all edges deepening in the centre, also a separate baby/toddler pool. On site we have a games room with full sized snooker table, darts & table football along with a small bar to begin, spend or finish the evening. Breakfast, lunch and evening meals can be freshly prepared on site and delivered to your door. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Outside - Well maintained gardens, 2 pools - ideal for swimmers & non swimmers (shallow end 60cm deep) 15m long with sun beds and sunbathing areas. Astro-turfed all around for comfort. Children - Cot, Bottle sterilising unit, high chair etc provided free of charge, we will also baby-sit if required. Maid Service - Mid week cleaning, also able to offer laundry services. TV & DVD's - Each apartment has a TV with BBC & Children's channels and DVD player. We have a large selection of DVD films for both adults and children if you want a quiet afternoon or night in. We also have Sky in the Games Room for you to watch all other available channels. Games Room - Full size snooker table, darts and small table football, PS2?plus toys and games for the little ones. Bar - Within our Games Room we have a small bar for you to enjoy a drink whilst playing Snooker, or watching TV. We can also deliver drinks to your door for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own apartment. Food - We are able to offer cooked breakfasts, again delivered to your door, lunch around the pool or on the terrace and along with evening meals too. Changeover Day - We are very flexible, ideally Saturday, but we are willing to change to suit. Linen - We will provide all sheets, towels and tea towels. Animals & Pets - We have a West Highland Terrier ourselves, so just ask and we will consider. Distances - Nearest coast/beach and airport only 20 mins drive, nearest town of Sao Bras de Alportel is 10 mins drive (nearest supermarket also) and our local bar & restaurant is 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk away (summer months only). Small basic shop 5 mins drive. Car - We would recommend that you hire a car on your stay with us to enable you to explore the area fully. Wildlife - We have been made aware by other guests that this is a great location for bird watching, especially in the migration months in Spring & Autumn.
