Accommodation includes one double room, one twin room, large living area with double sofa bed and a TV showing English channels. Bed linen and towels are all supplied with the exception of Beach Towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board and all usual fittings. The bathroom has a bath / shower and the traditional bidet! Behind the apartment is an immaculate communal swimming pool that, along with the apartment, was only built in 2002. The EEC Blue Flag Beaches at Cabo Roig are 15-20 minutes walk away with a wide variety of restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk.
