The kitchen is small, but fully fitted with an oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge with a freezer compartment. There is ample cutlery and a full dinner and tea service. There are also plenty of pots and pans if you wish to cook plus a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a good size bath fitted with a shower together with a sink, toilet and bidet. The urbanisation has a large swimming pool with sunloungers situated in a well kept garden environment. There are also two tennis courts on the complex. The apartment has an underground car parking space and there is 24 hour security. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included.
