The villa sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master double bedroom has an ensuite (shower only). There are two ground floor bedrooms and these both have twin beds in. There is a separate bathroom that has a bath. Additionally, there is a 3 seater settee in the lounge, this converts to a double bed and will sleep two children/teenagers. There is also air-conditioning in the lounge. The villa has :- A well equipped kitchen including an electric oven, hob (3 gas and one electric ring), fridge/freezer and washing machine. A large comfortably furnished lounge. There is also a dining area with a wrought iron glass topped dining table and chairs. Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area and patio furniture. There is a private swimming pool 10 x 5 metres with a patio, pool lighting and poolside freshwater shower.
