The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and offers you all of the amenities you could wish for including an American style fridge freezer with ice machine and a spacious breakfast bar. The first of the bedrooms is located in this area of the main house, this room is a spacious double room with a full ensuite bathroom, as with all of the bedrooms, there are fitted wardrobes and the bed is new, this first bedroom also enjoys access to the spacious upper terrace. The main house is separated by a summer kitchen area from what the owners refer to as the cottage. The cottage is home to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that are all decorated to an equal standard to the main house, there is also a small living room complete with television and a kitchenette making it total private and self contained should you wish. The final 2 bedrooms are located below the main house on the garden level, both rooms are double bedded with ensuite facilities, there is also a small terrace that these rooms share complete with chairs for relaxing and a fridge to keep your drinks cool. The grounds of the property are both spacious and private, there is a large heated pool that is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and there is also a boules area to help entertain you.
