The cottage provides an excellent base from which to explore the county of Pembrokeshire, whether it?s the coastline or the hills that attract you, all are within easy reach. Ideal for the walker, the cyclist, or for those wishing to tour by car, for the fisherman there is good sport to be had at nearby Llys-y-fran, and from many local private fisheries. The cottage is well equipped to a very high standard, and includes a remote colour T.V with DVD player, hi-fi with CD, tape, and radio, microwave, full sized LPG gas cooker, and automatic washing machine. The cottage has oil fired central heated, an oil fired Rayburn oven and a wood-burning stove. All electric, gas and oil are included in the price, wood can be purchased by arrangement with the owner. Amenities Bathroom Bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Automatic Washing Machine/Drier. Kitchen Hot and Cold water (included in price), Refrigerator, Ironing board and Iron, Microwave oven , full sized LPG gas stove,ample storage space. There is a sign on the side of the road supported upon our letter box (an old bread-oven). You enter the property via the gate off the roadway. The property is easily located as the disused railway line forms our southern boundary, and there is the remains of the old bridge wall directly opposite our entrance. Booking Conditions Occupancy: The person who signs the Booking Form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree to the Booking Conditions, on behalf of all the persons included on the Booking Form. The signatory must be a member of the party and 18 years of age or over. The keys will be available from 15.00hrs. on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10.00hrs. on the day of departure. Numbers of persons must be stated on your booking form. Visitors are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as handed over to them. The benefit of the hire is personal to the hirer. Hire is for holiday purpose only, not as a dwelling. Bookings/Payment: Bookings may be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing within 5 days enclosing the Deposit/Full Payment. Bookings must be accompanied by the completed Booking Form and the balance due to be paid at least two calendar months prior to the holiday date. If the holiday date is less than two months from the booking date then the Full amount becomes due. The booking is not treated as definite until J. and J.A. Fisher have received the booking form together with the deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday. Once the booking has been confirmed and the agreement has come into existence the signatory is personally responsible for the total cost of hiring the property agreed. Cancellations: Providing that at least six clear weeks notice of cancellation is given, the deposit less a cancellation fee of £20 per week will normally be refunded. However should the accommodation not be re-let, the whole deposit will be retained. Where less than six clear weeks notice is given, the total rental will be due. However, every effort will be made to re-let in which case the rental will be refunded less the deposit. We strongly recommend that a holiday protection insurance is taken out with one of the many Insurance Companies operating these schemes, the cost of which is very reasonable. Heating and Electricity:Free of charge Linen:All linen, duvets, pillows, and towels are provided including tea towels. ( Not for use outside the property). Visitors cars: Parking for two cars off road at owners own risk. Breakages:The Hirer agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property before departure.
