The property is a 3-bedroomed detached villa with a large secluded garden which it shares with a separate studio-apartment (also available for rent: see Finca Charlett). It comprises a lounge/dining area with satellite T.V/. DVD and comfortable chairs, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room, a single bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, wc, washbasin and bidet, and a separate toilet. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier (extra cost), iron and ironing board for your use. Towels and linen are provided. You will also have full use of the large shared garden, with various seating areas, some under large mature shady trees. Beside the pool there is a covered terrace with a built-in barbeque and drinks fridge. A welcome pack with some basic groceries is supplied on your arrival.
