A charming detached cottage furnished and equipped for up to 5 people, in a quiet rural setting, but close to many beaches and small towns. Consisting of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds, both bedrooms have ample storage. Downstairs is one large room with open working fireplace, 1 sofa and two armchairs, TV (with access to UK stations)and DVD. The newly fitted kitchen is complete with a fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and patio, patio furniture and a barbecue. There is ample parking for two cars at the front of the house. The cottage is located in Southern Brittany in the department of Morbihan near the town of La Roche Bernard. It is less than 3 hours drive from St Malo and is only 6 miles/10 kilometres from the nearest beach. The major resort of La Baule is only twenty minutes away, while the major cities of Vannes (30 minutes), St. Nazaire (30 minutes) and Nantes (40 mintes)are all within easy driving distance. The area is full of safe bathing beaches and watersports of all types abound. If you are a golfer the course at La Bretesche is only ten miles away.
