The apartment IRIS: 90 square metres, 2 very large rooms – this 1 level splendid apartment enjoys of great privacy becouse it is located on the first floor in the most historical wing of the Villa, with its own private entrance. It is a popular choice for couples on their honeymoon but it is perfect also for small family groups. Far from the typology of the other ones, this apartment is a wonderful suite with all comforts of a furnished apartment. You find a very spacious living/dining room with 1 queen Sofa-bed plus 1 single sofa/bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6. On the same floor one queen sized bedroom and an appointed bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2/5. 2 are the guests accommodated in beds; 3 guests can be accommodate on the sofa-beds (extra charge)

Torre del Guado is placed at the same distance (3 kms) from the medieval towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro situated in Upper Tiber Valley, and 37 kms from Arezzo, not far from Cortona and Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria. The villa’s convenient location will allow you to easily reach the main art cities including Assisi and Urbino, Perugia and Pisa, Trasimeno Lake, Florence, Rome, ..). They are all a day-trip away and easily accessible through the near E45 speedway, at only 4 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 32 kms far.
