Villa Montana Roja is situated on the peaceful Shangrila Park residential development 7 minutes drive away from the centre of playa Blanca. It is close to superb coastal scenery, and also the dormant volcano Montana Roja which offers a great walk and magnificent views of the Southern and Western coastlines. Local shops and bars are a within a 10 minute walk, and the nearest beach is 25 minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive away. This one-bedroom semi-detached villa is conveniently placed and has superb all-round views from its lovely roof terrace. The villa is fully furnished and has a pleasant garden and patio area with a built in barbecue. The bedroom has a double and single bed and the lounge also provides two double sofa beds. Satellite TV, a DVD and a selection of films are provided for use by guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool on Shangrila Park is large and attractive with open spaces for sunbathing. The pool has a graduated shallow area suitable for children. A tennis court is also available and the villa provides two adult rackets and a junior racket plus balls for use by guests. Two adult bicycles and one junior bicycle are provided for guests to use. In addition to the villa towels, two beach towels are provided. Smokers are welcome to smoke on the patio area or in the garden. Car parking is available within a few metres of the villa.
