Carefully restored farmhouse unit on the edge of Guzzano, a lovely hamlet of the Lucca area, at 5 km from the spa-town Bagni di Lucca. Casa Ciesa al numero 4 comprises three levels, is about 105 sm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On the ground floor, a bright living room with fireplace, a separate WC+washing machine under the stairs and a lovely kitchen with spectacular views on the surrounding hills and mountains. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with original beds. On the last floor we have a garret with original low doors (160 cm. high), which comprises two perfectly inhabitable rooms, i.e. a bedroom with twin beds and a bath with shower. At the house entrance there is a sunny yard with table and chairs and at 20 meters a large fenced garden with shared pool. Pool is share among our guests only. Our house is located on the edge of a tiny village. A narrow road drivable with small cars crosses it. Cars can be parked within our property or in case of medium-large ones on the village main square at about 200 m asphalted distance from our house, to be covered on foot.
