The landscaped gardens incorporate a swimming pool, sun deck and a number of cobbled terraces. Whilst fully modernised the property still maintains much of its traditional character. There is access to the garden, sun terrace and pool area via the kitchen. From the ground floor a mahogany spiral staircase takes you up to the first floor, which has a large double bedroom, w/c, large shower room with washbasin, utility room with large front-loading washing machine, ironing board & electric iron, and an open plan office/library area, which has a double sofa-bed. There is access to the outside via double glass doors. The second floor has a large shower room with w/c and huge fitted wardrobes, and a large double bedroom which has double glass doors leading out to a spacious landscaped sun terrace with garden table and chairs which is south facing and receives the sun from morning till night. Rental costs include electricity and fuel oil consumption but guests will need to refill calor gas bottles as necessary.
