It's the largest, most convenient (yet private) group rental in the area. Multiple decks overlook Mill Pond on a very private dead-end street; yet you can walk to town, stores & restaurants. Our barroom* and 8-person hot tub in the Florida room are only a few of our amenities. Other Extras: Mill Pond waterfront property, living room w/ fireplace, separate den, recreation room has 6' pool table, air hockey, foosball, dart boards and 2 mounted cable TV's. Kitchen fully equipped, charcoal BBQ grill, DVD/VCR's, stereos, etc. Optional attached apartment adds 2 more BR's + loft, 1 bath, and another kitchen to the 7 BR main house.
