The penthouse at Sea Gold Regency, Alcaidesa sleeps 4-6 people and boasts unrivalled 180-degree sea views across the Mediterranean coast and the rock of Gibraltar. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises across the sea every morning on the large terrace while taking breakfast and morning coffee. The large 50 ft terrace allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day and in the evening you are able to sit around the back on the smaller terrace enjoying the sunset looking over the pool. There are however shady areas on the terrace during the hot summer months. Sea Golf Regency is approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach that can be seen from the balcony of the penthouse. At the rear of the apartment is a 25-meter swimming pool and children?s splash pool with views of Gibraltar. For those of you who fancy a bit more exercise there is a paddle tennis court available for your use that also makes good football tennis. (Cross between tennis and squash). At the pool there is a lockable storage facility with sun lounges for you to use around the pool. The apartment has a galleried master bedroom with en suite shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and a big low-level window looking out to the swimming pool, evening sun and views along the valley. It also has it?s own television and play station (doubling up as a DVD player) should the children not last a week without them. There are also a couple of extra pull out beds if you require up to 6 people would like to stay in the property. In the second bedroom there is also a shower and bath. The lounge has an amazing sea view and is equipped with DVD player and a Flat LCD TV with Sky TV coming soon. There is also a cot and high chair (available only on request) should you require them.
