In addition to the above quoted rates, a security deposit of Â£150 will be charged upon check in and will be refunded once the housekeeping staff has inspected the flat at the end of your stay and determined that nothing has been damaged. Bed and bathroom linens are provided according to the number of guests and in keeping with how you would like the twin bedroom configured (please see notes under 'facilities'). Rates include cleaning before and after your stay and also for stays of more than one week, we will tidy the flat and change linens and towels at the end of each week. For lets of fewer than 4 days, daily rent will be prorated from the weekly rate and an additional 45 euros will collected by the housekeeper for cleaning.
