You have complete freedom to explore the farmland and our 35 acres of woodland bordered by the Crooked Oak river and may see deer, foxes, buzzards, badgers, and pheasants. West Cross Side Farm is in an ideal location if you are looking for Exmoor bed and breakfast or holiday cottages in North Devon. The detached holiday cottages are new, well furnished, conversions. The non-smoking bedrooms are large and comfortable with quality furnishings. 2 large fully en-suite bedrooms (with power showers), one with a four poster, both south facing with lovely views across the valley to woodland. 1 twin bedded room with basin.
