The downstairs bedroom has twin beds with bedside cabinets, set of drawers, clothes hanging space and has an adjoining family bathroom which also contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The main spacious double bedroom is upstairs and has a vaulted ceiling with exposed oak beams, wardrobes and chest of drawers, period chair to enjoy the views from and an en suite shower room with basin and w.c. There is also a lovely small separate single bedroom with views over the garden. A cot, changing mat and booster seat/high chair are also available. The house is detached and stands in an acre of land, there is a large patio area leading into the garden and it contains a bench seat, picnic table, BBQ, an ornamental but functioning well and washing line. As the garden is not fully enclosed, young children would need supervision although the lane outside is very quiet.
