Four apartments are currently available on the ground and first floors of the villa; each with their own luxurious en-suite bathrooms, occasional tables and chairs and capacious built-in wardrobes and storage space. Brand new, fully equipped designer kitchens are also available in each apartment. Using the sofa bed in the living room, three of these apartments can sleep up to six people each, while the Suite de la Tour can accommodate four, located in the tower of the property offering superb views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. Prices are charged per night, irrespective of how many people are using the apartment. Apartment 1: Classic French - Louis Quatorze and Campagne Suites The suites in apartment 1 follow a classic French approach to style, with four-poster beds and sumptuous drapery and bathrooms. Walk straight out into the sunporch and palm-studded garden from this apartment. Apartment 2: Post-Modern Gothic - Chapelle and Gothic Suites The suites in apartment 2 are thoroughly post-modern, while the Gothic windows offer hints of their origins as a chapel. King-size beds and luxurious furnishings complete the picture. There are excellent views of the palms and exotic trees to the south in the garden, as well as a small terrace which is ideal for breakfasts and sundowners. Apartment 3: Catalogne - Dali Suite and Apollinaire Suite The suites in apartment 3 follow a post-modern Catalonian theme with four-poster queen and enormous modern king size beds in the Dali and Apollinaire suites. There is a large living room with period marble fireplace and elegant dining area. Experience great views of the giant Canary Island palm and eastern area of the garden plus the warmth of sunsets to the west. Apartment 4: - Suite de la Tour This suite is a self-contained apartment with an entrance hall, living room, guest bathroom, kitchen, living room, mezzanine area and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It has amazing views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. If you would like to reserve accommodation for a large group or family you will need to book early to avoid disappointment! All apartments are self catering. All of the apartments have their own: Living rooms with fireplaces and are equipped with sofa beds. Luxury kitchens with 4 ring stoves, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, grill, hob, kitchenette and oven. Washing machines and laundry facilities. Central heating, linen and towels provided. A maid service is available with weekly apartment rentals for an additional fee. The private, walled garden comprises over an acre (3 500 m2) of lush vegetation and over 300 exotic trees, palms and shrubs, and is surrounded by the gardens of the adjacent villas. There is plenty of room for suntanning, a quiet spot of reading or meditation, or simply a gentle stroll to pick some of the fruit or discover an unusual flower or tree. Salons and Multimedia Facilities Each floor has its own salon with comfortable sofas. On the ground floor, broadband internet access via a wi-fi network (including laptop PCMCIA cards) and two dedicated personal computers, scanner and a printer are available for a nominal fee. An extensive DVD library and full cinema video projection facilities are also available on request for a small additional charge.
