A superb two bedroom, detached Villa on El Raso ubanization. Close to the town of Guardamar it is well away from the crowds but still close to the sea & sand of the Costa Blanca. The urbanization overlooks the natural lake and conservation area. It's fully air conditioned (bedrooms and living area), the A/C also providing heat as necessary. The American kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dish washer and all the accessories you'd expect, electric kettle, toaster etc. Adjoining the kitchen, in the utility, there is a washing machine, and a second fridge so you have plenty of space for cold drinks. The main bathroom on the first floor, has a bath with a thermostatic multifunction shower over. Downstairs the bathroom has a large shower enclosure also with thermostatic multifunction shower. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have fitted vanity units. The front garden is enclosed, with decorative gates, offering privicy. The terrace has patio table & chairs. A large open air community pool with children's pool is is available for exclusive use of residents and guests. The pool area is surrounded by a grassed garden area with seats. Bed linen,towels and tea towels are provided, but we ask guests to bring their own beach towels. The lounge /dining area is spacious and is fitted with air conditioning and includes two leather sofas, DVD and a 28" TV which shows some UK channels and also spanish TV is available. A selection of reading material is always available, there are also cards and games. All equipment for the beach is provided, umbrella, chairs, cold box, beach games etc. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with a combination of hanging space, shelves and drawers and full length mirrors. Both bedrooms have small wall radiators. The master bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a queen-sized (5' ) bed and Mexican style furniture. The outside patio is also accessed from the first floor. The second bedroom (Downstairs) has two single beds. This villa is well equipped, well looked after, and is extremely clean!

Cleaning is not included and a charge of £75 is payable for the final clean and the meet and greet services. A security deposit is also required at this time of £75. We accept mid-week bookings and discounts are available for longer holidays. Additional cleaning can be requested and paid for locally.
