Les Archers is a tastefully restored Breton longhouse with gite attached, providing the owners home and accommodation for their very welcome guests. Situated in a two acres of tranquil, picturesque landscaped gardens. It retains many of the original features, whilst benefiting from modern fittings and appliances. The Gîte is adjoining the main house and fitted to a good standard of accommodation. On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge with TV, for playing English (PAL) videos. It is traditionally furnished, with an additional double bed settee if an extra bed is required. There is a wood burning stove and logs are provided from October to March. The kitchen is compact and well equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine and there is a separate dining room. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and toilet.On the first floor are two double bedrooms (Cot or extra single bed available) and One twin bedroom, all bedrooms are fully carpeted and have ample storage. There is also a shower room, basin and wc.Relax on the garden furniture in the landscaped garden and use the barbecue. The owners will do their best to cater for the physically handicapped, contact us to discuss your requirements.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible
