Our superb Sunridge Woods villa is situated in the Kissimmee area, close to the U.S. Highway 192, and only minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other major attractions. It is a haven for shopaholics, with all of the most popular supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Sport is also well catered for with numerous facilities, including golf, fishing, bowling and tennis, all within easy reach. LOUNGE Large comfortable fully furnished lounge with T.V. Video, and C D player. There are several children's and adult pre-recorded tapes available free of charge. KITCHEN Fully fitted kitchen including, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryer BEDROOMS Three fully fitted bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and a cot, and the third with two single beds. All towels and bedding are supplied. POOL AREA Since the pool area is probably the most important factor of enjoying a villa holiday, we had it specially designed with this in mind. The total Pool/Patio area is almost twice as large as most similar villas. It has a ten foot by six foot covered area where even if it is raining, or you have had enough sun for the day, you can still sit outside and enjoy a meal or a relaxing drink. The whole area is protected from insects etc., by a fine mesh screen OH!, and if you are like us, and have gone a little soft, there is electric pool heating available.
