This studio/apartment of 22 square metres is in a 1700's building at the 2th floor, via stairs. It has renovated in the second half of 2004. Ancient visible beams give a feature of warmth to the context. It is sunny plenty bright because of windows, one in front of the courtyard and two looking at on the street. Sleeps up to 2/3 people This apartment is provided by every comfortable double sofa/convertible bed plus a single one. It is really functional for a couple plus a child. A valuable table can be doubled to be suitable for 4 people. An ample cupboard and a big chest for clothes, linens etc. complete the furnishings. Telephone for incoming calls - use your calling card for long distance (France telecom, AT&T / SPRINT...). TV is available for our guests. A kitchen coin is equipped by two fires hot tops, microwave, coffeemaker and cooking utensils. The bathroom has bathtub/shower, lavabo and WC. Fresh Linens and towels are provided
