This split level maisonette sits on the bastions of the quiet historic town of Birgu (Vittoriosa) overlooking the Grand Harbour with Fort St. Angelo and the capital, Valletta, to the left and the quaint village of Kalkara to the right. Either walk down the front steps to the sea or around the narrow streets and alleys of Birgu or just sit at the balcony and take in the beautiful view and watch ships as they quietly come and go. Water taxis (dghajsa) are also nearby with which one can be ferried to Valletta for the afternoon or around the Grand Harbour for a romantic cruise at dusk.
