The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. A selection of shops and banks are located in the plaza, completing all the necessary facilities. Big Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. The location of this apartment is perfect for a great golfing or family holiday. Five minute drive you have the choice of three golf courses or 10 minutes to the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca. Within 5 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and 10 minute drive you have La Marquesa and La Finca Golf Courses. Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
