This finca build in a rustical style provides accommodation for 2 families up to 8 people. The finca is situated near Rojales- formentera near (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, golf-course La Marquesa) and 15 min away from the beach in Guardamar. For bookings at the Golfcourse La Marquesa Kitchen: Fully equiped with a lot of comfort in a rustical style, fridge-freezer and hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, micro-wave, washing machine. Living room: The livingroom is spacious, air-conditioned, SAT TV/DVD (English), fireplace, sofa, and with access to terras and pool. Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms, two of each site of the livingroom. Two of the 4 bedrooms are proivided with double beds and two with single beds. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have extra celling-fans for the clients who don't like the air-conditioning. Pool & terraces & BBQ: Heated rectangular pool 10 x 5 m (can be heated up to 30°, and can be covered) has a terrace arround the pool and a lot of space for sunbading. There are enough sunbeds, garden-furniture, etc... The access to the pool is closed through 2 gates to protect the children (safety for all). BBQ is available.
