From the bedroom you have direct access to the garden with its swimming pool and a spectacular view on the Mediterranean. It is a one storey house, so there is no need to walk stairs. The garden also features garden furniture with chairs to insure comfortable sunbathing. The luxuriously decorated living room is very spacious. The room is, just like the other rooms, equipped with central heating that makes this house very comfortable in winter as well. Furthermore, the house features a fireplace, ample dining table, two large sofas, colour TV and satellite dish. An ample drive with private parking space leads to the front of the house. From here you have access to the house and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The villa is situated on a dead-end street, so you have no noise from passing traffic and it is safe for children to play. The kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts as a dish washer, oven, refrigerator and stove. Apart from a separate toilet, the house features two fully equipped bathrooms. The three bedrooms can each accommodate two people. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with bath and toilet. The other two rooms share a bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the garden!
