Our villa in Torrevieja is ideally situated for all your needs such as shops, restaurants, bars, parks, sports centre & water park with slides etc, beaches, golf courses, the world famous Salt Lakes, and for driving inland to visit the numerous historical sites. This villa (see layout plan below) sleeps up to five people in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. There is a bathroom with over-bath shower and a shower-room. The large, comfortably-furnished livingroom contains a dining area and a lounge area to relax in, with a television complete with English satellite T.V. and DVD player that also plays CD's. Please bring your own DVD's and CD's if you wish. DVD's can be hired nearby. The separate, fully-fitted, kitchen has an oven, a hob, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a toaster and a microwave and is fully equipped with pans, utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. All your bedlinen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. We provide fans in living and bedroom areas for your comfort in the summer months. There is a communal swimming pool within the safe, gated, private garden area behind the villa. The private rear patio with its table and chairs is ideal for al fresco dining, sunbathing and keeping an eye on your children in the pool whilst sipping your sangria. There are views over Torrevieja and beyond to the mountains from the lovely roof-top solarium. This is a wonderful suntrap - sunbeds provided. The villa is close to food shops and near to the Sports Centre and Aqua Park. The town centre, with its shops, bars and restaurants is a 20-minute walk away, and the beaches only 15 minutes. The local, regular bus service to the centre of Torrevieja and along the coast, is nearby. There are several golf courses within a short driving distance. This is a good location for visiting the famous Salt Lakes and the fabulous sandy beaches of Guardamar.
