Kaminia Villas is located amongst the foothills and tranquil olive grove area of Lithakia on the Ionian Sea island of Zakynthos, Greece. It is within 12km of Zakynthos town and 10km from the airport. There are three villas, two of which are available for rental use throughout the year. The owner stays in one of the three villas and acts as host to meet, greet and assist guests with their requests during their stay. The villas are set within stone-walls and the grounds [approx 2,700 sqm / in total] includes south-facing landscaped garden areas with matured olive trees, stone-paved walkways, shaded seating/rest areas nearby olive trees, open areas nearby the pool and traditional stoned-built barbecue stoves. There is also a private driveway / car parking area. Each of the villas is decorated with comfortable furniture and modern appliances [including air-conditioning, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dish-washer, tv with dvd-player]. For each villa, there are two first-floor bedrooms, each room with twin-beds and an extra pull-out bed, and there is also a sofa-bed in the open-plan living area on the ground floor. There is a first-floor bathroom and a ground floor shower/wash room. Each villa has a front north-facing first-floor balcony and can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons.
